Horray!!!!!!!! To our first Workout after Thanksgiving!!! And of course we had to jackass around every last second we could.

And we started off with a three minute up hill walk!!
On to the ropes….. Squat and Go!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 secs on and repeat 4 times!!!

AHHHHH you guys, this was a great workout!!! But I do want to take a moment to complain about how over whelmed I AM!!!! Maybe it is just the holidays coming out in me….but it is really challenging right now for me to do a good job at all my life jobs. I am juggling my mom duties, wife life, stylist, network educator, food planning, workouts, a clean house, and blogging . I am starting to feel the burn, physically and mentally. I am trying to give myself permission to be ok with the struggle!! And to be ok with the ups and downs of this journey! And learning to accept help and ask for it. So I am trying to figure it all out right now. The last 10 months have been so successful, how can I sustain this?!?!?! Thanks for your support guys!!! #thestruggleisreal #soworthit #hackysack
