It has been a whole year!!! Wow.  This feels really good.  When we started this a year ago I was sure I was going to be at my goal by this point.  Ha.   This is a journey of strength, patience, and perseverance.  i will always be happiest with myself  when I have worked hard.  I want to spend the next year working hard.  I am positive success will follow!!  I am so proud to be a meatball!! And amazed by my other meatball, Sara, everyday. I have absolutely loved sharing this with my friend!  We are in this together, every single pound !!!!!! I am so excited for year number two.  Love you guys, thank you for always supporting us.   Here we goo!!

So I have been talking a lot lately about how real the struggle is.  I blew back up to 273 with my need to comfort myself.  But I feel so much better now being back.  I know how to eat cake pops, I know how to eat fries.  I also know how to lose weight and it’s not like this!

I really love cooking and I really love feeling strong at the gym.  Even though I had to write another plus sign on my board, I managed to lose 7 pounds of hedonism this month.  I don’t want to lose the same weight I’ve already lost.  I’m still headed to the Grand Canyon, I just took the scenic route.  Reflecting on how far we’ve come in a year is unreal.  We honestly look like different people.  Everyday that we are doing well, I just think…we’ve never looked better and we’ve never been closer.  Jenny!!!!  You look amazing and I couldn’t love you more….is it possible that we have become even closer!?!  Thank you to everyone who has supported this erratic journey.  We will reach our goals…slowly but surely. Xoxo times a mil!

We are having the best time on this journey…even though it’s really challenging!  Thank goodness we have each other…and you!
