Two Meatballs: Ooodles of Zoodles

yum yum yum!!!  We are cooking!!! finally.   It has been way to long.   If you guys didn’t know it, cooking is everything.   Having the right foods to munch on , was so important to our success at in the beginning.  Lets get back there!!!  So Sara and I came up with the yummiest/simple menu.  Simple seems to really work for us.  We made honey dijon pork tenderloin, shredded brussle sprout salad with citrus vignette, zucchini, yellow squash, and carrot doodle saute with garlic, and a strawberry lime, cucumber mint water.  How did we do it, you ask?   well you can go to our pinterest board 5/27/15 @meatballsgetfit.

The pork tenderloin I just kinda made up

sauce:  2 tbs honey

1 cup of amino acids

4 gloves of garlic

1 tsp salt

2 tbs mustard

1 tsp black pepper

pour sauce all over pork tenderloin and bake at 350 for 40 mins.

sara started with the salad and made the best citrus dressing!!



We got all the salad stuff together and tossed it!!
